Kelly's Capebop Story
Una Yoo, Chef/ Owner, studied architecture but decided to work in the fashion industry in Italy. With this experience, she built a number of successful high fashion boutiques in Korea.
Taking a break, she wanted to be near her daughter Kelly, who was studying in London at that time. She moved to Oxford and found herself happy being a mother. While searching for a delicious and healthy lunch meal for Kelly, Una discovered kimbop to be an ideal meal; delicious, healthy, and easy to pack.
Through this experience, Una discovered her passion for Korean cooking. "My passion is to share Korean "home-cooking" which is not only delicious, but also healthy for the body and soothing for the soul."
